Who I am and why I am here...

Hello! I am a mom to a gorgeous 1 year old girl who decided to blog about my journey on Medifast after I was researching Medifast like crazy and could only find minimal stuff out there, especially something that wasn't Medifast sponsored. I am NOT compensated by Medifast for anything (yup, I paid over $330 for a months worth of food) and thought that instead of doing a private food journal I'd put it out here in case there were other people like me wanting to know more about Medifast. I've never tried Medifast before, so this will be my first (and hopefully only) journey to my healthy goal weight using Medifast. Everything on here is just my personal opinions, so please kindly respect them as I do my best to respect others!
